Honda supports the Cycling federation of India in training cyclists from remote regions in India for international competitions. The Cycling Federation of India (CFI) is the national governing body of cycle racing in India.
The trainee cyclists in the programme come from rural areas in states like Manipur, Assam, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, among others. Professional coaches conduct training programmes of the selected cyclists using state-of-the-art resources so that the cyclists can compete internationally.
